Do You Accept Insurance?

No, insurance is not accepted for medical marijuana evaluations. However if you would like Malie Medical Clinic to be your primary care provider we accept fee for services (sliding scale available) and HMSA, please ask our office staff if we are currently accepting new patients.

Do I need to be referred by another doctor?
